For me fitness was a boon which not only gifted me good looks and mucsles but i breathe into a new life that was with a set of dicipline which inculcated a confidence. It taught me that a strong vision with a determined mind always overcomes all mental & physical barriers.
In today’s world people are soo busy in there life that they have forgotten the importance of physical activity. It doesn’t mean to be fit you have get a gym membership or buy any fancy equipments or have to follow any diet ,you just need to select any activity that puts your body in a movement.
